1. Juneteenth Celebration

Celebrate freedom at Hagan Community Park with a black-owned marketplace, food, performances, a kid zone and more. The event is free, and if you pre-register, you will be entered for a chance to win a $100 gift card. Don’t forget to bring your comfiest chair and coziest blanket, and make sure to arrive early! June 17

2. Barnflix

Catch Black Panther on the Jumbotron at Drake's: The Barn! These free, family-friendly outdoor movie events are held every other Wednesday until October. June 19

3. Culture at the Plaza Square

Thursday Night Markets offer a FREE, family-friendly experience at Cesar Chavez Plaza with food, artisans, live music, and a beautiful setting! June 20

4. $5 Fridays at the Children's Museum

Admission is only $5 per person on Fridays in June and July!! June 21

5. Family STEAM

Belle Cooledge reopens (FINALLY!) on June 22. Check out this free event designed for children ages 6-12 and their families where you'll get to play, discover and create with process-based activities exploring science, technology, engineering, arts, and math concepts!! June 22
